Booking Terms & Conditions

Please read our terms before booking to ensure a smooth experience.

  • A £10 deposit is required to reserve your bikes.
  • This deposit is non-refundable but transferable to a different date (if amended at least 24 hours in advance).
  • The deposit does not pay for your full hire — it secures your bikes for 1 hour after your selected collection time.
  • The full hire balance is paid in person on the day of your booking. Your £10 deposit is deducted from this total.
  • If you fail to arrive or contact us within 1 hour of your chosen start time, your deposit is forfeited and your bikes may be reallocated.

To hire bikes, one member of your group must present either:

  • A valid passport or driving license, or
  • Leave a bank card with us as a security deposit (mandatory if no ID is shown).
  • All pre-booked bikes are charged at the full day rate, regardless of collection time.
  • Late returns (without prior arrangement) will incur a £5 per bike, per 30 minutes late fee.
  • If you’re delayed, please call us to avoid charges.
  • Bike models, styles, and sizes are subject to availability, particularly during peak periods.
  • We may offer suitable alternatives if your chosen model is unavailable.
  • We do not offer refunds due to poor weather.
  • However, we’ll do our best to reschedule your booking (subject to availability) if you’re unable to ride due to adverse conditions.
  • Amendments must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of your hire date.
