How to book online

Online reservations are currently for advanced bookings only. 
To book bikes on the day, please call us on 01841 532594.

  • It is now quick and easy to check our day-to-day hire availability and reserve your bikes in advance, using our new online booking system.
  • Scroll down to choose a date and time you would like to hire.
  • Choose the style, size, and quantity of bikes needed, then add them to the shopping cart to see real-time bike availability for your chosen hire period.
  • Make sure to check out the relevant size guides if you are unsure of what sizes you will need. (click the second image along next to bike images)
  • If all your selections are available, you will then be able to proceed to the cart checkout.
  • All online bookings made are for a days hire. Please double check your selected date & collection time before you checkout. (shown at the top of the shopping cart)
  • Fill in your details and pay a small reservation deposit of £10 to secure the booking collection for 1 HOUR after the chosen hire start time.
  • Tick to confirm you understand and agree with our booking terms and continue to payment.
  • If payment is successful, you should receive an automated email confirming all the details of the booking made. (if an email confirmation isn’t received within 24 hours, first check your junk mail folders, then get in contact)
  • Helmets, locks and puncture repair kits are all included in the hire and provided upon arrival.

We currently do not allow on-the-day reservations online, so we recommend booking at least a day in advance to avoid any disappointment. (the on the day online booking cut off is 8.30am)

You are still welcome to walk in without a pre-booking, but we highly recommend that you book in advance.

Group Bookings

We will request group bookings of 10 bikes or more to pay 50% of the total hire cost in advance, prior to your booking date.
Just proceed with our online booking system, to confirm your hire reservation. We will then contact you to request the payment via a payment link online, or with a debit card over the phone. (whichever is most convenient for you)
Group bookings of 15 bikes or more, will receive a large group discount of 10% off the total hire cost. (when booked in advance).

Multi-day Hires
If you would like to reserve bikes for more than 1 day, you can either use our online booking system to reserve your bikes for each individual date needed (you must also pay the £10 reservation deposit for each day), or call us at 01841 532594 to discuss or arrange any other multi-day requests.
We offer a 10% discount on hires of 5 days or more, but you must book this over the phone only.

When you reserve bikes online for sequential multi days, you do not need to return them to us each evening, but you are responsible for the bikes you keep overnight, and we request that you keep them in a secure indoor location.

The latest online reservation time we take is 12.30pm. Anything after this time operates on a first come, first serve basis, and during busy periods, we cannot guarantee bike availability.
However, afternoon hires are great for those wanting a shorter ride and those wanting to take advantage of our afternoon reduced rates.
1.30pm til close – we offer reduced rates (cannot be booked)

Adult Bikes – £16
Electric Bikes – from £25
Tandems – £30
Child’s Bikes – from £8

We take full payment for the hire IN PERSON on the day..
Then on collection, we will deduct your £10 reservation deposit from your total hire cost.
If you do not collect your bikes within 1 hour after your chosen collection time (the start time of your hire period), you will LOSE your £10 reservation deposit and we will NO LONGER GUARANTEE your bikes.

You must request any amendments to the booking at least 24 hours before your hire date.
